Customers may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, undamaged, and with complete original packaging. Products that are used, opened, damaged, or not returned in their original form will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with your order details and clear product images for quick assistance. Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund process will be completed accordingly. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an incorrect or damaged product sent by us.
